Can I transfer my current mobile number to Lebara after registering for the saving scheme with my (temporary) Lebara number?

You can transfer your existing number to Lebara mobile. You can participate in the saving scheme with this number as soon as it has been transferred. Please note that you have to transfer the number before registering for the cutlery promotion.

Why can I not participate with this promo

Your Mobile number is not a Lebara number or you are already registered with this mobile number.

How can I check how many points I saved

Once a month you will automatically receive a SMS with the total saved points and you can check your status personal via www.lebara.nl/bestek.

I forgot my password

You can text <BKPASSWD> to 8800 and you will receive an text message with your login code (€0,12 per SMS).

Can I continue to save for a second set of cutlery?

Unfortunately, starting 1 January 2011, you can no longer save for a second set of cutlery. If you registered to participate in the special offer before 31 December 2010, you can also continue to save for free cutlery in 2011.

Can I order more than one set of cutlery?

No, in 2011, you only order 1 set of cutlery even if you saved for two or more sets of cutlery.

The cutlery

Is there waranty on the cutlery set?

You will receive a 1-year guarantee on the cutlery (but not the box). The packing slip you received from the retailer is your warranty, so be sure to save it. The accountability for the cutlery set is limited to the accountability assumed by the manufacturer and as prescribed by law. For issues related to the guarantee, send an e-mail to serviceklachtenlijn@gmail.com. You, as customer, are responsible for the costs and risks associated with mailing. Once the goods have been received, they will be assessed. In case of doubt, the supplier will provide a definite answer and inform you of their decision. We will cover the costs for mailing the replaced or repaired goods. Our importer, Totaltrade, and/or the supplier make(s) the decision regarding the guarantee, and this decision is binding.

Can I purchase seperate items from the cutlery set?

Unfortunatly this is not possible.

I have completed my Saving scheme within a year. What should I do?

You will receive within 1 week a SMS from Lebara with instructions or look on www.lebara.nl/bestek.

Can I give my saving points to another person / mobile phone?

No, the saving points are strictly personal

I lost my phone/simcard

When you do a request for a new number (go to www.lebara-mobile.nl) then you can ask for transferring your lost number and your saving scheme amount.

How do I know where I have registered for the saving scheme?

Go to www.lebara.nl/bestek and click on check your balance.

The shop where I registered for the saving scheme doesnt exsist anymore

Please contact customer care en tell them the shopcode where you registered for the saving scheme

Are all the top-up's available for this saving Scheme?

Unfortunatly you can only use scratchcards and E-Vouchers. Mobile top-up via your bankaccount is excluded from this promotion.

Can I pick-up de cutleryset at another callshop?

No this is not possible. The shopcode is unique and there for you need to pick up the cutleryset at your own callshop.
