1.1 When you run out of call credit, you may receive an SMS from Lebara offering an advance credit grant to the value of up to €10, with a service fee of maximum 20%. The offer message will clearly state the credit amount and the service fee for you to accept.
1.2 This service does only apply to 10=20 call credit and not to Lebara One products.
1.3 Where you take up the offer, the advance credit together with the applicable service fee will be deducted from the next top up.
1.4 You may accept the offered amount and applicable service fee by texting EUR to 8800. If you received an advance credit offer, it is possible to send AUTO to 8800 to sign up for automatic advance credit top up. To unsubscribe send AUTO*STOP to 8800.
1.5 Eligibility subject to review and confirmation by Lebara.
1.6 Advance credit is valid for up to 90 days.
1.7 Advance credit can only be used to call, send SMS, use data and call Customer service, and not to purchase additional products, roaming, voicemail and premium numbers.
1.8 Advance credit is available immediately after it is applied to the account.
1.9 This promotion may be withdrawn or changed at any time in full or in part at the absolute discretion of Lebara.
1.10 Lebara reserves the right in its absolute discretion, including where it considers there to have been, and/or there is a suspicion of, any breach of these terms and conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the service, to terminate suspected illegitimate services.
1.11 The General Terms and Conditions of Lebara which can be viewed at www.lebara.nl/AlgemeneVoorwaarden apply to this offer. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this offer, and the General Terms and Conditions of Lebara, the General Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
